Side trip to Boracay after caluya fishing tournament !!! And when in boracay where else to spend your time but at the new Boracay Island Brewing Company owned by Angler Boyet Sakdalan!!! Super good food specially the bacon wrapped scallops which came in with camote chips, leeks and capers on top, also the fish tacos were tasty and very well seasoned with salsa verde and chpotle sauce!!! They also have pizza which has very nice dough, quality mozzarella and fully loaded toppings!!! For drinks they offer quality beers and juices. This restaurant offers a very different taste in boracay, if you happen to be on vacation here, do stop by and try them!!!
