The Seadz Varuna is a new series of jigging rods by Fishman, available in multiple variants like the J-631, J-632, J633. These rods are designed for versatile jigging styles, capable of handling various jig weights and techniques. The Seadz Varuna series is known for its packability, featuring a three-piece construction with an unassembled length of 67.5cm, making it easy to transport.

Seadz varuna J-631
The power level of Seadz Varuna J-631 rod is equivalent to that of a No. 2 or No. 3 class jigging rod.
The rod is designed for jig weights from 80g to 200g, targeting light jigging to slightly heavier jigging for snappers, groupers, and small to medium-sized Trevallies up to about 10kg.
The action can be freely adjusted from high pitch to slow pitch jerking, and a sharp and appealing action is possible when using a lightweight jig or a jig with low resistance. Using a heavier jig can produce a natural action that can turn on a target that has been slackened.
The butt and belly sections are designed to be slightly thicker to absorb the impact of fighting, preventing splashes and line breakage, and to suppress blurring when manipulating the jig for stable handling. This not-too-thin design also greatly contributes to improved breaking strength.

Seadz varuna J-632
The J-632 is a 3.5 to 5 class power level, targeting Amberjack, Yellowtail, Tuna and, as well as grouper and other fishes.
The comfortable jig weight range is from 150g to 300g, making it a“middle of the road” model that can be used in a wide range of areas.
The resilience of the high-modulus carbon placed on the surface layer allows the jig to respond well to high-pitched jerks as if it were whipped.
When a jig with high resistance is used, the low-modulus carbon placed from the butt to the inside of the belly is activated and bends deeply,
making it possible to respond to slow pitch jerking.
In mid to deep water, it also excels at slow pitch jerks that go through the rod at the tip.
By being able to control the action as desired, which changes with each jig used, we have created a highly adaptable rod that can be matched to the target and the situation.

Seadz varuna J-633
The J-633 is the most powerful model in the series, specializing in the capture of large fish weighing over 20 kg.
While maintaining the balanced feel of the J-632, the J-633 is designed to handle jigs weighing over 400g by increasing its power by several levels, and to capture large fish lurking in areas with complicated tides or deep areas.
The rod is not only stiff and strong, but also powerful enough to make heavy jigs work at high pitch, while at the same time concentrating Fishman's “bending” technology cultivated over many years in casting. The lure does not fly too far when jerking, allowing the angler to control the amount of pressure applied to the fish. The bending from the butt also reduces the burden on the angler during jerking and fighting, and gives the angler more leeway. This allows anglers to calmly control and catch large fish without handing over the initiative.
